E-78-S Series instruments are designed using new generation micro-controllers. It can be used with NPN or PNP sensors. The instrument counts impulses from counter input. The counted value is multiplied by the PSCL1 parameter specified by the user and displayed on the upper screen by dividing by PSCL2 parameter.
